Jeff Walker

Instructor

Jeff has over 35 years of experience in Emergency Management, Security, and Counterterrorism, with a strong operational and tactical background in high-level security operations both domestically and internationally. 

A veteran of the Australian Defence Force (ADF) and the Australian Federal Police (AFP), he also served in the Australian Federal Attorney Protective Service Unit as a Counter Terrorist First Response Officer at Sydney Airport during the Sydney 2000 Olympics. His other assignments included providing protection for the Australian Prime Minister’s residence and serving in the Diplomatic Protection Unit. Additionally, he was part of the Federal Police Bomb Response Unit and later was assigned as an Air Marshal. 

Jeff has extensive experience across the Australia-Pacific and Southeast Asian regions, as well as the Middle East, where he was based in the UAE.
